Login to this site is restricted to staff and patients of Butler County Health Care Center. You must have an email address to register as a user.

If you are a patient registering to submit information, please register using your regular, valid email account. Select the patient registration role when you create an account.

After registration, you will receive an email with a link to login to your account. You must then go to "My Account" page to update your password, as the email link can only be used once.

If you are a staff member, use your email address: __________@bchccnet.org to register on the site. Choose your role at the hospital from the list. Your role as any staff member must be approved by an administrator before you receive an email to login.
