2017 Sports Performance Camp

The Sports Performance Camp is designed to help athletes achieve their full athletic potential.  The program uses exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, power, speed, and agility while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries.  Training will be held at the Wellness Center and outdoors in various areas around the park and track.


Program Details

• Camp will be held June 5– July 27, 2017
•  (No Camp July 4th)
• Groups will train 8:00 am– 8:45 am on          
Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday (if times listed do not work please ask about alternatives)
• Camp is open to students Grades 7th-12th 
• Pre-Test & Post-Tests will be conducted on each athlete at the beginning & end of camp
• Cost: $125 (WC Members)   $145 (Non Members)

Each Athlete Will Receive:

• 23 sessions 
• Pre & Post Test In:
- 10-yard sprint
- 40-yard sprint
- Pro-Agility
-Vertical Jump
-Standing Long Jump
• Enhancement of the energy systems and movements skills essential to the development of athleticism.
• Proper conditioning and training techniques for
- Acceleration
- Plyometric Training
-Strength Training
-Agility Training
-Increased Core Strength & Stability
