To register for a Wellness Center Class or Program, please call 402-367-1256 or sign up in the Wellness Center.

Tai Chi is a gentle system of body movements derived from the ancient Chinese martial arts.  
Tai Chi can help:
Reduce Stress, Increase Strength, Balance & Flexibility, Increase Energy, Heighten Focus & Alertness
Everyone can benefit from Tai Chi.  This class is flexible to fit various balance levels.

Boot Camp
 Boot Camp activities are primarily outside
