Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Eric De Wispelare

Eric De Wispelare received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry from North Arizona University. He also holds certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association. Eric has experience in a wide array of health and wellness areas including: Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction, Designing Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning Programs and Facilitating Nutrition Classes.

“My goal is to help others develop the tools needed to live a healthy lifestyle, such as being physically active and establishing healthy eating habits. I hope to help people find ways to be more active, eat healthy and ultimately achieve their health and fitness goals.”

​Sandra Burwell, RDN, LMNT

Sandra Burwell, RDN, LMNT received her Bachelors in Nutrition Science at University of Nebraska at Kearney and completed her Dietetic Internship at University of Nebraska Medical Center.  She holds additional training in Adult Weight Loss Therapy and is a Diabetes Prevention Program lifestyle coach.  Sandra has 22 years’ experience as a dietitian within hospital and nursing home settings, wellness education and public health.

“My strategy in nutrition coaching is to focus on the positive – what things could we add to increase the variety of healthy foods in your routine?  By focusing on adding more healthy choices, you will not feel deprived as you gradually leave out less nutritious choices.  My goal is to help you get a personalized approach to wellness that you can achieve and maintain with your current lifestyle.”
